STYLEBYGG E-COMMERCE MANAGER

The E-commerce Manager for Stylebygg is responsible for making sure our e-commerce website is continually updated and our website is looking fresh on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who loves fashion and style, and who and can use their creative eye and inspiration to bring us ideas and improvements to our online store. At stylebygg, our goal is to hire a positive, energetic, creative person who can help us take stylebygg.com to the next level, and thrive together as a fast growing company!

Primary Responsibilities  

• Creating and maintaining listings of all current and future products (Titles, descriptions, images, prices, product specs, quantities, etc.)
• Creating and updating sliders for website.
• Responsible for customer inquiries through email and phone: product Q&As, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Drive traffic through social media (IG & FB) and create weekly Klaviyo emails to our subscribers to increase revenue.
• Ring out online sales through our POS system.
• Ship Shopify orders to customers
• Work with our team to create the interesting and stylish artwork for website, emails, flyers, social media to promote events and merchandise.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be proficient in Shopify - creating listings, collections, tags, sliders, sales, and discount codes.
• knowledge in Klaviyo is a + creating interesting emails. Also creating, organizing, adding to, and maintaining subscriber lists.
• Must be proficient in at least one form of art/editing program (ex - Photoshop) in order to edit photos to upload our products and create content.
• Ability to organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects.
• Ability to work independently and diligently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Extreme organization and attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Team player
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively

The ECommerce Operations Associate is a full time position for 5 days per week, and is based in our Aventura location in Miami.
